Service Description

Tweens and Teens Tweens and Teens classes are for ages 10 to 15 years. Karate is more than striking, grappling and throwing. Mature students quickly advance past the wide range of strikes, throws and grappling toward physical mastery of their bodies. Students will learn to embrace difficulty, set long term goals and control their fear.
